Abstract :
IT industry is a strategic industry of information era. The core competence of IT industry rests with its professionals and practitioners, so continuing education of IT industry is of vital importance. The article first analyzed two successful continuing education systems: CompTIA´s Tech Career Compass of America and The Advanced IT Training System of German. Then analyzed present situation, existing problems of IT education in China, and put forward some advices to Chinese continuing education of IT industry based on comparative study.
