Abstract :
CuInSe2 films were prepared by the doctor blade coating of a low cost precursor solution and subsequent selenization. Precursor solution was prepared by dissolving Cu(NO)3 and InCl in methanol. The solution was coated onto the Mo/glass substrate with appropriate binder materials. And then the layer was selenized in a vacuum evaporator to convert CuCl and amorphous In to CIS. The Cu/In ratios of the resultant films were investigated as a function of that in the solution and selenization conditions.
