The debt crisis for the Dubai government financing platform is the symbol of the weak point of the Dubai mode of development. In the views of the government financing platform for risk prevention, there are some experiences and lessons china should learn from. The article starts with the occurrence of Dubai financing crisis. It analyzes the causes of it and through the comparison of government financing platform analyze the crisis causes of the construction of Chinese government financing platform. Finally it gets out of inspiration from the Dubai crisis of how to construct china´s government financing platform.
