Abstract
For recycled water and stainless steel, the methods of calcium carbonate deposition and rotating coupon were used to investigat scale and corrosion inhibition properties of commonly used scale-corrosion inhibitors. A kind of organic scale-corrosion inhibitor was screened with the best scale and corrosion inhibition performance. The results showed that: when it was concentrated three times, the trend of recycled water was serious scaling; the scale inhibition performance of PBTCA was best and PAPEMP was secondly. Howerer, HEDP and HPMA were poor in four kinds of scale inhibitor. The corrosion inhibition performance of PBTCA was better than that of PAPEMP. PBTCA reached a very good corrosion inhibition at low doses 5mg/L. The corrosion rate was controled in 0.001mm/a and corrosion inhibition rater was about 80%.
