Abstract :
The optical frequency drift allowed against the channel spacing was estimated for WDM system design. Our multiwavelength simultaneous monitoring circuit holds the frequency drift within a few giga-herz. This drift range is sufficient to realize the WDM systems that offer the spectrum efficiency of 0.2. We also demonstrated an accurate optical frequency comb generator anchored at 193.1000 THz as a secondary optical frequency standard.
