Abstract :
A memristor based 3th order chaotic oscillator is studied in this paper. The oscillator consists 4 kinds of passive circuit elements: R, L, C and M (memristor). Some typical phase portraits like stable focus, unstable focus, limit cycle as well as strange attractor can be observed in the oscillator.
