This system tries to represent an effective alternative for the people who wish to exercise themselves but they don’t want to depend on an instructor. The project was created with bases of fuzzy logic. In addition, their evaluation methods, procedures of fuzzy logic, demonstrated to be efficient. On the other hand, the physical development trainer presented is a program of integral development that offers to improve the cardio-pulmonary capacity of the user, diminution of the fat levels and increase in force and muscular mass.
