Stream-based lecturing system and its instructional design

Web based learning courses lack the explanation and interpretation of teaching materials which comes from the teacher. The authors implement a stream based lecturing system, named Media Master, which can fully integrate with Web based teaching materials and recurring traditional lecturing situations in limited network bandwidth. We not only adopt this system for teacher lecturing but also for other instructional activities like collaboration/peer learning, term project report and topic discussion. We also conducted many courses by adopting this system for three years, and the result is sound
