Abstract :
In allusion to the problem of formulation of flood disaster classification standards, this paper proposes a method to deal with a fuzzy clustering iterative model and chaotic differential evolution algorithm. After analyzed a flooding example with fuzzy clustering iterative model, the classification standards was developed according to the optimal fuzzy clustering center matrix and the standard was verified by projection pursuit cluster model. Data analysis showed that the classification is reasonable and effective.
