Abstract :
A class of transformation functions and the conditions they should satisfy are proposed. This paper also gives a detailed analysis for the performance improvement of FLOC time delay estimation method by using transformation functions in advance. Two new transformation functions are presented and the simulation results show that the proposed method using the transformation functions is available in both alpha-stable and Gaussian noises.
