Abstract :
We present recursive relations of cylindrical special functions, or certain combinations of them, for the purpose of accurate evaluation of the spectral domain Green´s function for cylindrical stratified media. One form of Green´s function, i.e., the 4×4 matrix form of the spectral domain Green´s function is studied to illustrate the application of the recursive relations. Spatial domain Green´s functions are obtained through an inverse Fourier transform with the help of recursive relations.
