Abstract :
GIS Web Services play an important role in the spatial analysis by providing data and functionalities on the Web. The objective of this paper is to describe the Architecture and the development method of the spatial analysis in MapGIS-IMS SOA. Using one of the most popular Chinese software, we adopt the thick approach on SOA solution. SOA is an efficient solution for the problems encountered many companies to develop web-based application. Spatial data analysis based-on MapGIS Analysis Services not only provide efficient results but also facilitates the mapping and geo-processing functionality in the client web browser.
