Abstract :
This paper explains the principle and the method of the ITD (Initial Temperature Difference) which is the important design parameter for optimal calculation of a direct air-cooling system, with inclusion of the dynamic economic analysis. This paper studies deeply the sensitivity to the coal price, tube bundle price, design temperature and windward air velocity and drew the Annual Total Cost and ITD value relation curves, discussed the sensitivity influencing factors by the calculation of a 600MW direct-cooling unit.
