Abstract
We investigate the recovery of wavelength-shifted and wavelength-continuous connections in a multiservice wavelength-division multiplexed (WDM) network, where different services are simultaneously affected by a failure. As the basic performance measures, we use restorability, blocking probability, and efficiency of wavelength utilization.
