The level of investment to corporate learning tends to increase, yet it does not always result in gaining necessary IT skills of the employees, even despite of high efforts for preparation and usage of various IT competence testing systems. The integrated model is introduced, validated by the results of empirical research of ECDL (European computer driving licence) testing data. These data were processed for evaluating potential return on investment to computer literacy
