Abstract
The authors describe a fast rotating, rendering and clipping algorithm in 3D visualization. They first preprocess the original images, and then the object is prepared for visualization in 3D space. They then get a different boundary surface for each different tissue, which is saved into a special file to be used by the rotating and the shading algorithms. All preprocessing is done only once. After this preprocess, the same boundary and the results of interpolation process are used to visualize the object in 3D space. Although the preprocess takes a long time, rotating, shading and clipping algorithms are faster than the classical algorithms
