  • Abstract
    The Online Distance Learning System from CRT Brasil Telecom (the Brazilian telephone company) has shown that technology and education have found a common point to perform good educational methodologies. Contents and ODL (online distance learning) programs have now reached a very good point of performance and, moreover, the internal culture is now much more prepared to use online learning than ever before. The next target is how to steer employees to get good results on a "sea of knowledge". CRT Brasil Telecom\´s knowledge communities have been assembled to give a natural orientation that is specifically prepared for both professional and applied educational needs
