Abstract :
On the basis of researching Chinese character code conversion mode in Windows system and Tibetan coding standard, the paper puts forward the model that implementing system level conversion between the two Tibetan coding systems, namely, information technology-Tibetan coded character set for information interchange-basic set and information technology-Tibetan coded character set-extension A.
