Abstract :
A mathematical model of the three-level PWM inverter is set up. The dual close-loop control of DC motor is applied to three-level PWM inverter. As a result, the three-level inverter has favorable dynamic and steady state performance, sinusoidal input current and unity power factor. A simple three-level SVPWM algorithm with reference voltage vector decomposition presents in this paper. A neutral-point balancing control method is employed, by adjusting the times of positive small vectors and negative small vectors. Finally, computer simulations show the superiority of the method.
