Abstract
Jitter decomposition is important for identifying root sources of jitter. The limitations of the existing methods for jitter decomposition are discussed and a new approach with a combination of fast Fourier transform and time lag correlation is proposed. The new method reduces the number of equations and improves efficiency of jitter decomposition. Simulation is performed to validate the proposed method.
