Abstract :
The authors describe the evolution of i2F (Integrated Interface Facility) at the Westbridge Computer Corporation help desk. Past events that explain the changes that have occurred in the help desk from its inception to the present are examined. This is followed by a discussion of the current operations and development projects. The authors conclude with a view of what the help desk at Westbridge in the future might be, and thus provide with a target for planning, configuration, and staff requirements, and a justification for meeting market needs
