Abstract :
The linear frequency modulation (LFM) interference is different from the normal wideband and narrowband interferences. They have clear time-frequency signatures that are distinct from the GPS C/A spread spectrum code. The GPS signals are very weak and easily interfered. It is difficult to mitigate the LFM interferences in the GPS signals only in the time or frequency domain. In this paper, a new time-frequency tool based on the fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) is proposed to cancel the LFM interference which has clear time-frequency signatures. Finally, the simulation results show that this method is valid.
