Abstract :
In order to guarantee the periodic real-time data in the deterministic switched Ethernet, by referring priority scheduling method[7] in this switched Ethernet. Meanwhile using arrival curve and service curve for the different data types of bus topology industrial Ethernet model, the maximum network delays of the real-time data is obtained. Then according to maximum network delays, base on the model predictive theory, this paper addresses the modified Smith predictor, by adjusting the predictive model proportional gain, to compensate for the time delay effect between controlled system and the predictive model. Finally, correlative simulation result is given to show control effects of the adaptive Smith model predictor control.
