Abstract
Power industry development is at critical position in the low-carbon economy. It is not only a large energy production, but also a large energy consumption .Therefore, the development of low carbon economy and the power industry´s future are inseparable. This paper aims to explore the low carbon power with Chinese characteristics by comparing the current situation of low-carbon electricity, which China and U.S. power industry has made.
