Employment relationship is the most basic economic relations. It is particularly important to construct harmonious and stable employment relationship for enterprise development and the social stability. From the angle of game, it formed a kind of game between the enterprise and its employees in the process of enterprise constructing harmonious employment relationship. This paper constructed the game model of constructing harmonious employment relationship, and solved it, obtained the hybrid Nash equilibrium, and analyzed the main influence factors of enterprise to construct harmonious relationship, which would be beneficial for enterprise to construct harmonious employment relationship.
