Abstract
In this paper, we built evaluation index set of learning organization based on analysis of existing learning organization evaluation theory, and use quantitative methods-entropy method to fix the weight of each evaluation index. Then established evaluation of learning organization system and eventually used it in a research institute in order to guide their practice.
