Abstract :
In low-power applications, some design considerations are different from traditional circuits. A procedure of analyzing and designing a modified QSC-based step-down converter for low power applications is presented. An integrated 5V/3.3V step-down SC-based DC-DC converter was implemented using the 0.35μm mixed-signal 2P4M polycide 3.3/5V process, and the measured results show that it has excellent line and load regulation capacities.
