Abstract :
With the increasing of energy crisis and the impact of energy conservation, more and more attention has been concentrated on the development of electric vehicles. The Large-scale popularization and development of electric vehicles need enough battery charging and exchanging facilities to provide energy replenishment. In the paper, the difference between traditional gasoline car and electric vehicle is compared, and the development of electric vehicles in a district is divided into three different stages: pilot stage, urban transport stage, worry free driving stage. Then put forward the planning models of electric vehicle charging facilities at three stages considering different economic levels. Finally, the proposed models are used and the quantity of different stages of electric vehicle charging facilities is calculated successfully in a province.
