Abstract :
A typical on-off hydraulic system´s mathematical model was established, and digital simulation was also conducted by bond graph method. On this basis, a hydraulic adjustable positioning system was exploited. Through the simulation and experiments, it shows that the system can not only realize the position control but also has the fast start and saves energy, and so on. At present, the adjustable positioning hydraulic system has been applied in a transfer model of continuous casting and rolling mechanic manipulator in a Chinese steel plant.
