Abstract :
The recent development of COSMIC-FFP (Common Software Measurement International Consortium) as a functional size measurement metric has greatly improved the estimation of real-time systems. This research attempts to develop effort estimation methods to complement the COSMIC-FFP by fuzzy set based generalization of effort models. The two methods used to achieve this are the fuzzy set model and the fuzzy linear regression model.
