Abstract :
Current mode CMOS building blocks for hearing aid application are proposed. The proposed circuits include, digital and analog automatic gain controls, digitally controlled Gm-C filters, and a pulse width modulation output stage. The circuits were fabricated in a 2 μm n-well CMOS process through MOSIS.
