Abstract :
This paper presents the design of a computer aided testing system aimed to the vane pump performance test, in which sensors and the PCI cards are at the bottom layer, the computer is the core of the control system , VC++ is the platform for software designing. In this design, the loading mode is used with proportional valve, PID control method and PWM technology service the temperature control, speed adjustment adopts the frequency inversion technique. Therefore, it finally realizes computer aided testing of the vane pump performance test.
