  • Abstract
    Deeply analyzing the harmonic transfer model and methods of harmonic suppression, pointed out that the object of harmonic suppression is consistent with the definition of equivalent power conductance which found in FBD (Fryze-Buchholz-Dpenbrock, FBD) method. By adopting rapidly RMS (root mean square, RMS) detection method which based on the sliding-window iterative algorithm, an improved FBD method, which deals with harmonic current detection, is proposed. As a verification condition, the corresponding simulation models are built and the simulation results are showed. Finally, experimental results obtained from a prototype confirm the validity and feasibility of the proposed control principle of new-type APF (active power filter, APF).
