Abstract :
Automotive headlamps adjustment mechanism is one of the necessary functional structures and now it has been standardized. The main purpose is to adjust the reflector mirrors up and down or sideways in the factory commissioning process and during the driving of users´. Mostly traditional adjustment mechanism designed to adjust individual light sources. Based on the structural design of the Besturn B70 LED headlamps, this paper discussed the designs of the adjustment mechanism aiming at the Multi-LED lighting source system features for the purpose to draw a general solution.
