Abstract :
By studying the superheated steam boiler control system of the natural circulation, PID is difficult to solve the disturbing factors and lag time delay problem that burning process system caused, this paper extrapolates the predict data processing algorithms control strategy for the first time and combines with internal model control to further improve the effect of predictive control to solve the dynamic performance and stability deterioration issues that a variety of confounding factors and interaction of the system and the lag time delay caused. Through the pressure, temperature, flow of superheated steam analysis of the simulation data results show that the effectiveness of the control strategy what is combination of prediction extrapolation and the internal model control, the results of natural circulation boiler control system on the stable operation have important practical value.
