Abstract :
This paper presents the structure design of a height-adjustable medical transport vehicle. It adopts the whole mechanical design, which puts forward a linkage height-regulating mechanism consisted of the X-bar and the parallelogram-bar to adjust the height of the medical transport vehicle. Then a comprehensive CAE simulation analysis has been fulfilled using ANSYS software to this transport vehicle. The results of the CAE simulation analysis have indicated that this design meets the stiffness and strength requirements, verifying the rationality of this structure design. The way of using ANSYS software to conduct a mechanical analysis and check for designing products is worth further promotion.
