Abstract :
As a new field of logistics management, reverse logistics does not attract the attention of the whole society and corporate, by learning foreign advanced management experience and the theory of reverse logistics, analyzing the necessity and urgency of developing reverse logistics of Chinese business and elaborating the factors that can influence the implementation of reverse logistics, how can businesses develop and improve the reverse logistics is summarized in the end of the article.
