Abstract :
Wind power is environmentally friendly, which technology is mature and have a high reliability, low cost and its scale benefit is remarkable, is the fastest growing energy. Lots of technical issues about parallel operation with large wind farms must be resolved. For example, parallel operation of a large wind power grid will change the distribution of original power and network loss, giving a new request plans of power grid; produce adverse effect to system´s power-angle, frequency and voltage stability; brings distribution network power quality problems, including voltage fluctuations and flicker caused by integrated to power grid and it is the important problem needed to be solved.
