Abstract :
An engineering algorithm for multi-sensor track fusion is put forward in this paper to decrease the error association probability and shorten the association time. The algorithm is divided into initial track confirmation and track maintenance. Batch processing technology is wisely used to finish initial track confirmation. In track maintenance, the polynomial prediction and the mapping of track number between local and fusion center are applied to implement associating state estimations with existing tracks, then updating the existing tracks. Simulation results prove the effectiveness of the algorithm.
