  • Abstract
This paper put forward architecture of supply chain system base on complex product life cycle to deal with the cost optimization problem of customized complex products supply chain. Built the basic model and extended model of supply chain cost optimization with the constraint of waiting time of client, ability of product value-increased, productive capacity and logistics capability and aimed that the minimization of supply chain total cost that based on customized products operation activity. The influence of positions of customer order decoupling point (CODP) on total cost was analyzed. It is point that total cost changed as the positions of CODP moving with the trend of convex function. At last, the model of supply chain cost optimization was simulated. The results indicate that only when the positions of CODP in the middle reaches of production, the customized production of complex products could be realized with low cost and high efficiency by enterprises.
