Abstract :
This paper was concerned with robust controller and filter design via LMI(Linear Matrix Inequality) for a line-of-sight(LOS) stabilization system and its performance test. Firstly the LMI-based robust controller and filter design methods were proposed. Then the filters for piezoelectric gyroscope drift in LOS were designed and compared through simulation. Further the uncertainties of the LOS were discussed. Facing these real uncertainties the LMI-based robust controllers were designed and simulated compared with the conventional controller. Finally the realization of the LOS system based on Digital Signal Controller (DSC) and its performance test had been briefly described. The proposed study provided an effective analysis and design method for the LOS to improve its disturbance rejection and robust perfeomance.
