Abstract :
In this paper, the features of low-density lines are analysed. To meet the system requirements, the system configuration of the train supervision system (TSS) which features communications-based train control (CBTC) is given. The design which is based on autonomous decentralized systems technologies (ADS) has flexibility of construction and expandability. Some key technologies adopted in the system are also presented. Finally, some issues about practical implementation are discussed.
