  • Abstract
    Describes Panel furniture´s enterprise of Agile Manufacturing System application, discusses transformation from traditional furniture enterprise become to agile manufacturing enterprise, and orders-oriented quickly design and production management´s technical elements, including product classification model, parameter-driven and model-driven model, intelligent calculation, Object-oriented Unified BOM Model, CAD/CAPP/CAM concurrent engineering, twodimensional dynamic time scheduling, and so on. the author realized a man-machine cooperation´s customized Panel furniture Agile Manufacturing System, using the CAD subsystem, design furniture, output panel lists, using CAPP subsystem to generate optimum panel cutting data, be optimized tool path, automatically converted into CNC code, and directly sent to CNC machining equipment, to improve design and production´s speeds, to improve production management level, completed agile manufacturing target, achieved remarkable results.
