Abstract
A research model that examines relationship between the structure-oriented organizational innovation (SOI) and dynamic core competence of enterprise (DCCE) is proposed on the foundation of the analysis of measure dimensions. By using survey questionnaire and in-depth interviews in 386 manufacturing enterprises, empirical study is carried on applying structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze the influencing path and the fit degrees. The results show that SOI and DCCE have significant, direct, and positive impacts each other. Some managerial proposals are put forward to promote the successful implementation of innovation for enterprises by coordinating the relationship between SOI and DCCE.
