Abstract
Based on the analysis of evaluating framework of power grid planning in industrial cluster districts, this paper put forward the evaluating indices including power supply adequacy and electricity consumption correlation, establishes a model combined with BCG(Boston Consulting Group Growth-Share) model and the present situation of power supply, which is to be applied to the evaluation of power grid programming, and finally, taking Henan province for an example, an practical analysis is made to verify the applicability and rationality of the model which is surely of great practical significance to Henan power network planning optimization.
