Abstract :
As its characteristics of the vehicle-mounted howitzer, the barrel during firing is more prone to erosion which caused by wear and tear crack. For real-time accurate grasping barrel defect information, the research on the testing System for barrel crackle based on eddy current Sensor is studied. The system contains of oscillator, probe, filter enlarge, GPS position, display modular and other circuit. When the probe detect pipe crackle, circuit become mutated signals (sensitive signal), and the sensitive segments circuit amplification, filtering processing after output, drive buzzer alarm and multi-display output. The main function such as real-time testing, position & store, alarm & display will be put into practice. Therefore, it will satisfy forecast and testing practicality.
