Abstract :
The hardware implementation scheme and software processing flow of IEEE1588 clock synchronization techniques in the Ship Power Synchronized Phasor Measurement(SPSPM) was discussed in this paper. The technology of Frequency compensated clock was adopted as Frequency self-compensation scheme for the problem that Clock drift deviation expand gradually in the synchronization interval. The scheme was test on the PMU hardware platform in SPMU, the test results show that the steady-state accuracy of synchronization are within ±100ns.
