Abstract
The author challenges the ATE (automatic test equipment) industry to apply micro-miniature techniques to the next generation of ATE. He notes that having a large enough transport vehicle is no longer an obstacle. He describes a vehicle that is capable of transporting an ATE shop set to the flight line or remote field site via a C-130 transport aircraft
