  • Abstract
    Situational awareness systems rely on the integration of data and information from various sources. One key source is severe weather advisories. This paper discusses the information modeling of severe weather advisories from a number of countries to establish a common semantic framework. The goal is to enable effective integration of such critical information to lead to improved decision support for emergency and disaster stakeholders
