Abstract :
In order to solve the shortcomings of quantitative time and frequency analysis along with the weakness of self adapting in wavelet transform, the Hilbert-Huang transform is adopted in this article to solve the fund subject of the spaceflight, the puzzle of accurate precision of the frequency in noncooperated source is solved, the matlab simulation has been carried on, the result has verified the feasibility and precision of the method in frequency measurement of sine signal along with Gauss complex circle flat noise, the noiseproof feature is also wonderful, in the condition of SNR ≥ 5dB, for all kinds of modulation signal of the location technology, the estimated accuracy is suitable for the subject.
